Work Item Creator deployment

The application is distributed as a .msi package with a deployment and setup documentation.

The .msi has to be installed on your Team Foundation Server 2008.
It will install the following components:
- A new WebApp in the Web Site of your choice. This WebApp will contain the ClickOnce installation of the client side and the WebService of the WINetwork feature.
- The client application will be accessed from the Team Foundation Server through ClickOnce making its deployment seamless.
- An administration application to run from the Team Foundation Server to setup each Team Project with the Work Item Creator.
